Chalet 20 in Les Menuires - Les 3 Vallées - France

The chalet is located on the ski slope of Les Menuires and ensures a true ski in / ski out experience. You can ski back to the front door of the chalet. Via the Tortollet and the Bettexlift you have access to the ski area and the center "La Croisette". Chalet20 is located in the Preyerand district of Les Menuires. This district is built in the Savoie style. In the district there are several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The baker has a bread-in-bed service and brings fresh bread to the door every morning.

From the chalet you can walk 300 meters to the gondola which takes you to the center of Les Menuires for free. The gondola goes every day from 8.00 to 23.00. You can also take the free ski bus that leaves every 20 minutes from the center of our neighborhood.

Device

The chalet was built in 2002, at the time the inside and outside were finished with lots of wood and natural stone. The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room with sitting area, dining area, open kitchen and a large balcony facing south.
The groundfloor

On the ground floor there is a spacious seating area that can be used to put on and take off the ski shoes. There is a heated storage room where skis and shoes can be stored.

There are two bedrooms on this floor with 2 single beds each, a large closet and bedside tables with reading lamps.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and the two water heaters that supply the whole house with hot water are here.

The ground floor

You enter through the covered entrance. Here is a spacious cloakroom and toilet. At the front is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and sink. In the living room is a spacious sitting area with a large corner sofa by the fireplace and TV with DVD player. The TV has a satellite receiver with Dutch channels. There is a wall cupboard full of games, books and toys. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 12 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with combi-oven / microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and other common kitchen appliances.
The balcony is located on the south and west so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day with a beautiful view of the valley. There are luxurious deck chairs and sun loungers.
The first floor

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms all have two single beds with large fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps and views of the mountain "La Masse". The largest bathroom has a bath / shower with sink and toilet. In the smaller bathroom is a walk-in shower and a sink.

The entire chalet has wireless internet - wifi - which you can use free of charge.
Highchair is available.
Fully equipped with electric heating, adjustable per room.
Parking in the garage for 1 car. For all other cars, parking is available on the parking deck (free of charge).
