Availability

We cannot guarantee online that our holiday home is still available in the desired period. If this is the case, you will receive an option. After we have received the down payment you will receive the rental confirmation from us.

The deposit is 25% of the weekly rate. In addition, a 500 euro security deposit must be paid, which is returned when the chalet is left undamaged. The remainder of the travel sum must be in our possession no later than six weeks before the date of departure. If the departure date is within six weeks of the reservation, the full travel sum and deposit must be paid immediately.

At least one week before departure, the keys and the necessary travel information will be sent, provided the full travel sum and deposit have been paid. The rental price includes gas, water and electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided and included.

In winter the chalet is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Arrival on Saturday by arrangement, no later than 5 pm; departure on Saturday at 10 am. In summer, arrival and departure days are flexible.

As an indication (2025/2026 season): a 6-day ski pass for all of Les 3 Vallées costs €409 per adult and €335 per child (5-17). With the Family Flex pass (from 2 adults + 1 child) everyone pays the child rate, and children under 5 ski free.
